Location: Columbia River Gorge
This image was taken while on a family hike in the Columbia River Gorge near Latourell Falls. The moss in the Gorge really starts to take over by late winter and when the light hits just right the moss almost seems to glow. It’s hard to find isolated trees for good compositions in the dense forests of the upper Gorge, but the sun illuminated this tree’s mossy limb to make it jump out as if it was reaching for something us humans could not see.
Unless requested otherwise, each print is printed on lustre paper with a 1-2″ white border. The white border is part of the print size so the actual image size will be slightly smaller. Each print will include a signature in the bottom right corner and a title in the bottom left corner both on the white border just under the image. If you prefer no signature and title on the front of the print, want a borderless print, or a different paper type just let me know in the order notes.
