Location: Crater Lake National Park
This image was captured while spending a weekend of night shooting at Crater Lake National Park. My main focus for the trip was to capture star trail images. I had scouted this location earlier in the day and as I was walking up this path to where I wanted to setup for a star trails shot, I noticed the Milky Way had appeared and was going to line up perfectly with the path pretty shortly. I setup for the shot and waited for the Milky Way to reach the perfect spot and voila! After grabbing this image I setup for my planned star trails shot which resulted in my Star Trails to Sunrise image. It was a very successful evening.
Unless requested otherwise, each print is printed on lustre paper with a 1-2″ white border. The white border is part of the print size so the actual image size will be slightly smaller. Each print will include a signature in the bottom right corner and a title in the bottom left corner both on the white border just under the image. If you prefer no signature and title on the front of the print, want a borderless print, or a different paper type just let me know in the order notes.
